Research and construction of coal mine equipment standard system

  • 摘要: 从标准体系顶层设计角度开展煤矿矿用设备标准体系研究,通过深入梳理和理解已批准发布的国家标准和行业标准,分析现有煤矿矿用设备标准化工作存在的不足,重点对欧盟、美国、俄罗斯的煤矿矿用设备标准进行共性分析;针对存在的不足和国外标准体系的分析借鉴,提出了标准体系构建原则、构建维度和总体架构,建立了包括煤矿矿用设备基础标准、12个专业设备标准子体系、973个标准的标准体系,并提出了新体系下的标准化工作建议。
    Abstract: The research on the standard system of coal mine equipment is based on the top-level design of the standard system. Through in-depth review and analysis of the national and industry standards approved and published, the deficiency of the existing coal mine equipment standardization work is analyzed, focusing on the common characteristics of the European Union, the United States, Russia's coal mine equipment standards. In view of the existing deficiencies and the analysis of foreign standard systems for reference, the construction principles, construction dimensions and overall framework of the standard system were proposed. A standard system including basic standards of coal mine equipment, 12 sub-systems of professional equipment standards and 973 standards was established, and suggestions for standardization under the new system were put forward.
