矿用钢丝绳在线监测教学实验装置关键技术

    Key technologies of teaching experimental device for on line inspection of mining wire rope

    • 摘要: 设计了新型基于径向多通路均匀辐射磁化的钢丝绳在线监测实验教学装置;建立了全向辐射均匀励磁阵列结构模型,仿真研究了模型均匀磁化钢丝绳的影响效果,提出了一种全分量信息阵列聚磁检测技术;针对在线监测产生的漂移干扰信号,给出了基于均值卡尔曼滤波的信号预处理方法。实验室测试验证结果表明:新型实验装置能有效辨识长度不大于3 mm的微损伤,能综合提供损伤信号的多维信息参量。

       

      Abstract: We propose a new type of wire rope based on radial multi-path uniform radiation magnetization of the online monitoring experimental teaching device. An array structure model of the uniform radiation excitation is established, the effect of the model’s uniform magnetization of the wire rope is studied, and a full-component information array polymagnetic detection technique is proposed. In view of the drift interference signal generated by on-line monitoring, the pre-processing method of signal based on mean Kalman filtering is given. And set up an experimental platform for laboratory testing and verification, the results show that the new experimental device can effectively identify micro-damage with the length less than 3 mm, and can provide multidimensional information parameters of damage signal synthetically.
