Abstract:
In order to further study the change laws of temperature field in coal pile under different heat source conditions with different liquid filling rates heat pipe, the heat transfer effect of the heat pipe acting on the coal pile was tested by using the self-built heat pipe and coal pile experimental platform. The experiment optimizes the entire heat pipe suppression coal spontaneous combustion system through the analysis of the cooling characteristics of the coal pile by the heat pipe and the comparative analysis of the heat pipe cooling rate at earlier and later stages to determine the appropriate heat pipe filling rate. Experimental results show that a heat pipe with charging ratio of 20% can achieve the best effect of rapid transfer of heat storage in a coal pile. The temperature in the high temperature region of the coal pile has a great influence on the heat transfer performance of the heat pipe. The cooling rate of heat pipe under high-temperature heat source is twice as fast as that under the low-temperature heat source. Furthermore, the closer the coal is to the heat source, the more obvious the temperature range change is affected by the heat source and the heat pipe.
