不同pH值对酸化改性煤样瓦斯吸附特性的影响实验研究

    Experiment on influence of different pH values on gas adsorption characteristics of acidified coal samples

    • 摘要: 为了探究选择合适的酸液对煤体进行改性增透,开展了不同pH值酸液改性煤样的吸附特性实验研究。通过采集焦煤煤样,制备了原煤及不同pH值酸化改性煤样8组试样,分别对试样进行了工业分析和物理参数测试,进而开展了等温瓦斯吸附实验。实验结果表明:相对于原煤试样而言,酸化改性在不改变煤样挥发分的情况下能减小煤样的灰分;改性试样的真密度与原煤煤样的真密度差别不大,而视密度都略有减小;随着压力的增大,改性煤样的瓦斯吸附能力明显大于原煤煤样,吸附常数a随着pH值的增大(pH=1除外)而减小,吸附常数b随着pH值的增大总体上呈减小趋势。研究表明:对于特定煤层选择合适的pH值溶液进行改性,可改变煤体的孔隙结构从而增加煤体的吸附能力,实现煤层增透效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore and select the appropriate acid solution to improve the permeability of coal, experiments were carried out to study on the adsorption characteristics of coal samples modified by acid solution at different pH values. Through collecting coking coal samples, eight groups of raw coal and acidification modified coal samples with different pH values were prepared. The industrial analysis and physical parameters test of the samples were carried out, and then the isothermal gas adsorption test was carried out. The experimental results show that: compared to the raw coal sample, acidification modified can reduce the ash content of coal sample without changing volatile coal sample; the true density of the modified sample is similar to that of the raw coal sample, but the apparent density decreases slightly. With the increase of pressure, the gas adsorption capacity of the modified coal sample is obviously greater than that of the raw coal sample. The adsorption constant a decreases with the increase of pH value(except pH=1), while the adsorption constant b generally decreases with the increase of pH value. The results show that the pore structure of coal body can be changed and the adsorption capacity of coal body can be increased by selecting appropriate pH value solution to modify the specific coal seam, realize the effect of coal seam permeability enhancement finally.
