瓦斯抽采注浆封孔器定值爆破阀设计

    Design of fixed blast valve for gas extraction grouting sealing device

    • 摘要: 以煤矿瓦斯抽采注浆封孔实践为背景,针对现有爆破阀无法满足新型注浆封孔器需要的现状,研制了1种新型爆破阀,明晰了爆破片的破坏机制,并通过实验室试验优选了该新型爆破阀的关键参数。设计的定值爆破阀具备定值开启的功能,同时能够有效的防止浆液回流。针对设计的拱形爆破片展开有限元分析,发现爆破片一般在已经固定的边缘发生破坏,并且高径比越大其损伤越显著,这表明随着爆破片的变形,爆破片越发趋于破坏。实验室试验表明:爆破压力随着垫片直径增大而降低,随着铝箔厚度而升高;此外,3种不同厚度的铝箔片的爆破系数Kb值并不为同一定值,而是随着铝箔的厚度增加而增大。

       

      Abstract: Taking practice of gas extraction and sealing hole grouting in coal mine as background, a new type of blast valve was developed in view of the current situation that the existing blast valves can not meet the requirements of new grouting sealing device. It interprets the failure mechanism of the blast disc and optimizes the key parameters of the new blast valve through laboratory tests. The fixed blast has the function of constant value opening, and can effectively prevent the slurry backflow. Through finite element approach analysis, it is found that the blast disc is usually damaged at the fixed edge, and the greater the height diameter ratio, the more obvious the damage is. This shows that with the deformation of the blast disc, the blast disc tends to be more and more damage. Laboratory tests show that the bursting pressure decreases with the increase of gasket diameter, meanwhile, it increases with the increase of aluminum foil thickness. In addition, the Kb value of three different thickness aluminum foil are not the same, but increases with the increase of aluminum foil thickness.
