工作面采出遗留煤柱压架机理与治理措施

    Mechanism and control of support crushing disaster during mining out the upper residual coal pillar

    • 摘要: 以霍洛湾煤矿下行开采为工程背景,介绍了工作面采出上覆残留集中煤柱压架事故的3个主控环节及其治理技术;建立了双关键层同步破断动载来压模型,提出工作面随上层关键层破断出现周期性来压的矿压规律,得到出煤柱期间的工作面液压支架载荷推导公式;基于工作面出遗留煤柱的压架机理分析,实施了高位顶板水力切顶卸压方案,压裂后支架平均压力降低15%~20%。

       

      Abstract: Based on the engineering background of Huoluowan Coal Mine, three main factors and treatment techniques for the support crushing disaster of working face under the residual coal pillar are introduced. The dynamic load pressure model of the double key stratus is established, and the periodical pressure behavior of the failure of upper key layer is proposed. The load formula of the working face hydraulic support during the coal pillar is obtained. On the basis of the mechanism analysis of strong pressure on the working face under the residual pillar, the roof cutting and pressure relief scheme was implemented. The average support pressure was reduced by 15%-20% after hydraulic fracturing.
