Abstract:
Based on the mining practice of Shendong Bulianta Coal Mine, this paper analyzes and summarizes the low-oxygen problems in the mining process of the fully mechanized working face in the overlying large goaf of the close distance coal seams, and finds that the low-oxygen phenomenon presents the annual season, time of day, and special weather, and other laws, and divides low oxygen into two categories: local low oxygen and large area low oxygen. Taking the 22410 fully mechanized mining face of Bulianta Coal Mine as the research object, it proposes personnel management and control of key positions, real-time monitoring of gas in high-probability low-oxygen areas, equipment and facilities in key areas, low-oxygen early warning and comprehensive emergency treatment technologies for local low oxygen; aiming at large-area low oxygen, a comprehensive emergency response technology for pressure-equalized ventilation, “three-network integration” emergency linkage, and emergency rescue was proposed to ensure the safe production of mines.
