Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of duplication of law enforcement, unclear responsibilities, and insufficient third-party participation in coal mine safety supervision, based on Hall three dimensions theory, a collaborative model of multi-party participation in coal mine safety supervision and inspection was built based on time, logic, and knowledge to increase organizational dimensions and explore the process of multi-party participation in supervision. And through the establishment of the Hall activity matrix, the application prospects and characteristics of the multi-party participation model are analyzed. Through a hierarchical and phased approach, it can meet the requirements of clear division of labor and clear supervision responsibility.
