大倾角三软不稳定煤层工作面优化设计

    Optimization design and application of working face in high inclined three-soft unstable coal seam

    • 摘要: 为了解决大倾角三软不稳定煤层煤柱工作面采用悬移支架支护开采时,在推采过程中经常出现的支架下滑、咬架、煤壁片帮、安全出口和采场空间强烈变形等工程问题,以河南地方永安煤业公司煤矿为工程背景,系统分析了大倾角三软不稳定煤层采煤工作面在生产期间存在的主要问题及对生产的不利影响,提出了包括调整工作面推进方式、选择合适推进速度、加强采场支护管理、改进工艺流程等工作面优化措施,经过实际工程推广应用,煤矿工作面环境和安全条件得以明显改善、生产效率提高。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems of support downslide and grip, rib spalling, strong deformation of safety exit and stope space occur frequently in the process of large inclined angle “three soft” unstable coal seam mining by cantilever support,this paper systemically analyzes the major issues that occur during mining production and their adverse impacts on large inclined angle “three soft” unstable coal seam based on the background of Yong’an Coal Mine in Henan Province. And then, some comprehensive measures including driving method and speed adjustment, reinforced support and innovation to the process are taken. Engineering application results show that, these measures can effectively improve circumstance of stope and safety conditions, increase production efficiency.
