Abstract: This paper presents a wireless upgrade program method suitable for mine personnel portable equipment. Taking the miner’s lamp with nRF24L01 wireless chip as an example, the wireless broadcast transmission and breakpoint continuous transmission are adopted to realize the batch wireless upgrade of the portable equipment program of mine personnel at the lower wellhead, which improves the reliability of the upgrade and the operability on site. The field test results show that this method can upgrade the program without affecting the normal use of the equipment. It is an effective way to upgrade the program of portable equipment for mining personnel with high reliability, low maintenance and no impact on safety production.
