浅埋深易自燃煤层火区注浆灭火技术

    Technology of grouting to extinguish fire in shallow buried depth and easy spontaneous combustion coal seam fire area

    • 摘要: 为解决元宝湾煤矿4号煤层406房柱式采空区存在已久的火区隐患,以及受火区严重威胁的下伏6号近距离煤层工作面的安全开采问题,基于测氡法精探火区技术之上,建立地面自动化大流量远距离输送注浆站,选择水、水泥、粉煤灰以及MH灭火材料为注浆材料,采用帷幕隔离封堵为主、高温火区注浆和注液氮为辅的综合方法治理406火区。结果表明:注浆结束后,火区钻孔温度由最高558 ℃降至40~50 ℃,并持续下降;火区钻孔CO体积分数由最高近1%降至10×10-6,并保持稳定,且无C2H4、C2H2出现;该工程采用帷幕隔离注浆灭火方法实现了扑灭406火区,以及隔离火区与下伏6号煤层6105、6106以及6205工作面的目的。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the fire area hidden danger that has long existed in Yuanbaowan Coal Mine No. 4 coal seam 406 room pillar type goaf, and the safety mining problem of the working face of the 6# coal seam under the fire area, based on radon detection method to detect the fire area technology, the ground automatic large flow long-distance transmission grouting station was established. Water, cement, fly ash and MH fire extinguishing materials were selected as the grouting materials, and the comprehensive method of curtain isolation and plugging was adopted to control the 406 fire area, supplemented by grouting in the high-temperature fire area and liquid nitrogen injection. The results show that: after grouting, the drilling temperature in the fire area dropped from the highest 558 ℃ to 40-50 ℃, and continued to drop. The concentration of CO gas in borehole in the fire area decreased from the highest of nearly 1% to about 10×10-6, and remained stable, without the occurrence of C2H4 and C2H2 gas. In this project, the method of curtain grouting is adopted to extinguish the 406 fire area, as well as the purpose of extinguishing the fire area and the working face 6105, 6106 and 6205 of 6# coal seam.
