基于AHP和熵权法的煤矿安全态势评价模型

    Situational evaluation model of coal mine safety based on AHP and entropy weight method

    • 摘要: 对煤矿安全态势进行感知、理解贯穿煤矿系统生命周期,是制定安全制度的基础和调整安全策略前提。只有充分识别煤矿系统安全风险,才能采取有针对性的安全防范措施;基于隐患记录日志海量信息和煤矿安全功能指标,结合位置、功能本身的重要性,提出依靠行业法规和专家经验确定隐患风险;采取AHP和熵权法主客观赋权,层次化评价煤矿安全态势的感知评估模型。实证表明模型能辅助安全管理人员理解煤矿的安全威胁。

       

      Abstract: To perceive and understand the situation of coal mine safety throughout the life cycle of coal mine system is the basis of formulating safety system and the premise of adjusting safety strategy. Only when the safety risk of coal mine system is fully identified can the targeted safety precautions be taken. Based on the mass information of hidden danger record log and coal mine safety function index, combined with the importance of position and function itself, this paper proposes a perception evaluation model that determines hidden danger risk by industry regulations and experts' experience, adopts AHP and entropy weight method to give subjective and objective weights, and makes hierarchical evaluation of coal mine safety situation. The empirical evidence shows that the model can assist safety managers to understand the safety threat of coal mine.
