Vehicle-mounted Water Spray Fire Extinguishing System in Underground Coal Mines

  • 摘要: 指出了煤矿井下车载灭火系统存在的不足,分析了水喷雾灭火系统的优缺点以及车载的可行性。结合防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车的特点,设计了车载水喷雾灭火系统。该系统基于常压干式管网,利用车载水源、气源,采用集成式火源探测器及水雾喷头,实现了火源检测及自动响应。论述了控制系统的动作机理、元部件配置及布置方式,对灭火系统主要参数进行了计算。
    Abstract: This paper points out the shortcomings of traditional vehicle-mounted fire extinguishing system in underground coal mines. The advantages and disadvantages of water spray fire extinguishing system are analyzed, and the feasibility of vehicle-mounted water spray fire extinguishing system is discussed. In addition, a vehicle-mounted water spray fire extinguishing system is designed combined with the characteristics of trackless tyred vehicle with the explosion-proof diesel engine. The system is based on the normal pressure dry pipe network, and has the vehicle-mounted water source and air source, as well as the integrated fire source detector and water spray nozzle, thus the fire detection and automatic response is realized. The action mechanism, component configuration and arrangement mode of the control system are discussed. Furthermore, the main parameters of the fire extinguishing system are calculated.
