煤矿井下搅拌车料罐转速控制系统

摘要: 结合煤矿井下使用的防爆搅拌车的实际工况,跳出传统的节流方式控制料罐转速的方法,通过分析闭式泵的工作原理,提出了调节闭式泵控制压力实现控制搅拌车料罐转速的策略,并与车辆的行驶档位相关联,确保车辆行驶时料罐为低转速状态;车辆空挡时,才能实现料罐高速旋转拌料和卸料。经过现场试验测试,结果表明:安装有转速控制系统的料罐,料罐转速维持恒速状态,不会随着油门的变化而变化。Abstract: Combined with the actual working condition of explosion-proof mixers used in underground coal mine, different from the traditional throttling method to control the speed of the material tank, by analyzing the working principle of the closed type pump, the strategy of adjusting the control pressure of the closed type pump to control the rotational speed of the material tank of the mixer is proposed, which is associated with the driving gear position of the vehicle so as to ensure that the material tank is in a low rotational speed state when the vehicle is running; only when the vehicle is in a neutral gear position, the high speed rotating mixing and unloading can be realized. Through the field tests, the results show that the rotational speed of the material tank installed with the speed control system can maintain a constant speed state, and will not change with the change of the throttle.
