摘要: 基于当前煤矿安全生产形势日益严峻复杂,安全生产基础管理问题依然较多,为进一步提升煤矿安全生产管理水平,构建高效运行的煤矿安全管理体系,潞安集团首次提出了对煤矿领导班子安全管控能力进行评价的管理思路。潞安集团根据上级有关规定,结合自身特色基础安全管理模式,合理确定评价项目,制定评价评分细则,定期对各矿领导班子安全管控能力进行评价考核并原因分析,促进其深刻认识自身不足,采取针对性措施补齐安全管理短板,不断改进、完善工作方法,有效发挥其团队核心领导作用,带领全矿职工切实履行岗位职责,团结协作、凝心聚力,推动煤矿安全生产工作不断向前发展。Abstract: Based on the increasingly severe and complex situation of coal mine safety production, there are still many problems in the basic management of safety production. In order to further improve the level of coal mine safety production management and build an efficient coal mine safety management system, Lu’an Group first proposed the management idea of evaluating the safety management and control ability of coal mine leading group. Lu’an Group, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the superior and in combination with its own characteristic of basic safety management mode, reasonably determines the evaluation items, formulates evaluation and scoring rules, regularly evaluates and assesses the safety management and control ability of the leading group of each mine and analyzes the causes, promotes them to have a deep understanding of their own shortcomings, takes targeted measures to make up for the shortcomings of safety management, continuously improves and perfects working methods, and effectively gives full play to the core leadership role of the team, leads the staff of the whole mine to earnestly perform their post responsibilities, unites and cooperates with each other, concentrates and gathers strength, and pushes forward the work of coal mine safety production.
