Abstract:
The paper introduces the main components and the structure, principle, development status and trends of full permanent magnet motor drive transmission systems; different drive transmission systems are matched for coal mine subdivision scenarios; the magnetic field, temperature field, machinery, control and other multi-physics fields were analyzed using the permanent magnetic coupling as an example. The main conclusions are as follows: when the disc diameter is 500 mm, the torque transmission capacity of the magnetic field is inversely proportional to the air gap, the optimal copper plate thickness is 6 mm, and the maximum transfer torque is achieved when duty cycle is 0.75; the maximum temperature of the heat sink is 58.67 ℃ and the temperature is within the safe range; the strength of the gear and the contact stress of the speed regulation groove meet the requirements of stress and material deformation; the soft start acceleration is less than 0.25 m/s2.
