兖矿集团综放开采技术的创新性发展与应用

    Innovative Development and Application of Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Technology in Yankuang Group

    • 摘要: 系统总结了兖矿集团近30年来综采放顶煤开采技术与装备的发展历程,在国内引进试验的基础上,以国家“九五”、“十五”科研攻关为支撑,首次实现了综放开采年产6 Mt;通过液压支架架型、放煤理论及工艺等技术与装备的创新,实现了自动化放煤和综放开采技术的出口;针对复杂条件下厚及特厚煤层、坚硬煤层综放开采难题,通过“采放支运”成套技术研发,研究了大采高和超大采高综放开采液压支架与围岩耦合关系,设计了5.5 m四柱大采高综放和7 m两柱强力超大采高综放开采成套技术与装备,进一步提高了综放开采的适应性、开采效率和智能化水平。

       

      Abstract: This paper systematically summarizes the development process of fully mechanized top coal caving technology and equipment in Yankuang Group in recent 30 years. On the basis of the introduction test in China and supported by the national scientific research in the ninth “five-year” plan and the tenth “five-year” plan, the annual output of fully mechanized top coal caving mining arrived 6 Mt for the first time; through the innovation of technology and equipment such as hydraulic support frame type, coal caving theory and technology, the export of automatic coal caving and fully mechanized caving mining technology has been realized, aiming at the problem of fully mechanized top coal caving mining in thick and extra thick coal seam and hard coal seam under complex conditions, a complete set of technology of “mining, caving, supporting and transportation” was developed, the coupling relationship between hydraulic support and surrounding rock in fully mechanized caving mining with large mining height and super large mining height is studied, a complete set of technology and equipment for fully mechanized top coal caving mining with 5.5 m four-pillar and 7 m two-pillar with super large mining height is designed. Then the adaptability, mining efficiency and intelligent level of fully mechanized top coal caving mining are further improved.
