Reform and Development of Mine Rescue Work in China

摘要: 在《煤矿安全》杂志创刊50周年之际,回顾了50年来我国矿山救护体制改革发展历程,展示了矿山救护法制建设、队伍建设、技术装备建设等成果,面对当前的机遇和挑战,提出了从落实各方责任、强化法制建设、注重预案管理、加强队伍建设、树立应急理念、解决技术装备难题6个方面加强矿山救护建设的方向。

Abstract: On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the founding of “Coal Mine in Safety” magazine, the author reviewed the reform and development of mine rescue system in China over the past 50 years, and displayed the achievements of legal system construction, team construction and technical equipment construction of mine rescue system. Facing the current opportunities and challenges, this paper puts forward the direction of strengthening the construction of mine rescue from six aspects: implementing the responsibility of all parties, strengthening the construction of legal system, paying attention to the management of pre-plan, strengthening the construction of team, setting up the concept of emergency response and solving the technical and equipment problems.
