新型锚索让压器让压性能研究

Study on Pressure Release Performance of a New Type of Anchor Cable Pressure Release Device

  • 摘要: 研制1种新型的锚索让压器,由让压管与劈裂塞组成,安装在托板与锁具之间,无需扩孔,成本低,让压强度及让压变形量较大。采用理论计算及FLAC3D软件对锚索让压管让压强度与让压变形量进行了计算,两者计算结果较为吻合;制作了5套锚索让压器,通过压力机进行强度测试,得出了作用力与让压变形量的关系曲线;由理论计算、数值模拟及力学测试得出,锚索让压器的让压强度主要与让压管导向槽壁厚有关,导向槽壁厚4、6、8 mm时,让压强度分别为83、136、182 kN;而让压变形量与让压管高度及劈裂塞高度有关,让压变形量可达100 mm以上。
    Abstract: This paper presents a new type of anchor cable pressure release device, which is composed of the pressure release pipe and the pressure plug. The device is installed between the support plate and the lock, no reaming is required, and it has low cost, large pressure strength and deformation. The theoretical calculation and FLAC3D software are used to calculate the pressure strength and deformation of the anchor cable pressure release pipe, the calculation results are in good agreement. Five sets of anchor cable pressure release devices are made, through the strength test of the press machine, the relationship curve of the applied force and the yield deformation is obtained. According to the theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and mechanical test, the yield strength of the anchor cable pressure release device is mainly related to the wall thickness of the guide groove of the pressure release pipe. When the wall thickness of the guide groove is 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm, the yield strength is 83 kN, 136 kN and 182 kN respectively. The yield deformation is related to the height of the pressure release pipe and the height of the pressure plug, and the yield deformation can be more than 100 mm.
