Abstract:
This paper presents a new type of anchor cable pressure release device, which is composed of the pressure release pipe and the pressure plug. The device is installed between the support plate and the lock, no reaming is required, and it has low cost, large pressure strength and deformation. The theoretical calculation and FLAC3D software are used to calculate the pressure strength and deformation of the anchor cable pressure release pipe, the calculation results are in good agreement. Five sets of anchor cable pressure release devices are made, through the strength test of the press machine, the relationship curve of the applied force and the yield deformation is obtained. According to the theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and mechanical test, the yield strength of the anchor cable pressure release device is mainly related to the wall thickness of the guide groove of the pressure release pipe. When the wall thickness of the guide groove is 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm, the yield strength is 83 kN, 136 kN and 182 kN respectively. The yield deformation is related to the height of the pressure release pipe and the height of the pressure plug, and the yield deformation can be more than 100 mm.
