Long Distance Intrinsically Safe Power Supply Technology in Coal Mines

  • 摘要: 基于煤矿井下本安电源远端供电能力较弱的问题,根据现场点对点供电的集中式供电模式,分析了本安设备在现场工作时因电源供电能力不足引起的故障现象,并分析本安供电能力降低的原因。从本安设备瞬态特性和供电线缆内阻2个角度,在保证电路本安特性的前提下,提出了抑制本安设备冲击电流和通过线路中间提升电压以降低线路损耗的方法来提高本安电源远端供电能力。试验表明:通过该方法可有效提高本安供电系统的远端供电能力,在同等输出功率条件下可有效延长供电距离。
    Abstract: Based on the problem of weak remote power supply capacity of intrinsically safe power supply in coal mines, according to the centralized power supply mode of point-to-point power supply in the field, this paper analyzes the fault phenomenon caused by insufficient power supply capacity of intrinsically safe equipment when working in the field, and analyzes the reasons for the reduction of intrinsically safe power supply capacity. Based on the transient characteristics of intrinsically safe equipment and the internal resistance of power supply cable, the methods of restraining the impulse current of intrinsically safe equipment and raising the voltage through the middle of the line to reduce the line loss are proposed to improve the remote power supply capacity of intrinsically safe power supply. The experiments show that the remote power supply capability of the intrinsically safe power supply system can be effectively improved by the methods, and the power supply distance can be effectively extended under the same output power condition.
