Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that the loose coal in roadway is prone to large-scale stereoscopic spontaneous fire under complex mining and multi-source air leakage conditions in mining area, the spontaneous combustion of coal hole in 11071 upper auxiliary roadway of Hongda Coal Mine in Zhengzhou Coal Group is taken as an example, and the influence factors of spontaneous combustion disaster and the difficulties in control are analyzed. The comprehensive control technology of rapid blocking and cooling by filling the foam with high multiple blocking, the filling and plugging reignition prevention by injecting the inorganic solidified material with ultra-high water is adopted. Through the staged implementation and monitoring, the hidden danger of high-temperature spontaneous combustion is effectively eliminated, and the reignition of hidden fire source is prevented and controlled, thus the safety production and continuity of the coal mine are guaranteed.
