不同解吸公式对混合粒度颗粒煤瓦斯解吸的适用性研究

    Study on Applicability of Different Desorption Formulas to Gas Desorption of Mixed Particle Coal

    • 摘要: 为研究常用解吸公式对混合粒度煤样瓦斯解吸规律的描述准确性,基于不同吸附压力下混合粒度颗粒煤瓦斯吸附解吸实验,采用Matlab软件拟合各解吸公式在不同吸附压力、时间段的相关系数和扩散系数,并对拟合结果探讨分析。研究表明:混合粒度煤样瓦斯解吸量和解吸初速度随吸附压力增加而增大;解吸规律对秦跃平式、文特式和孙重旭式适用性较好,而对博特式及巴雷尔式适用性较弱;当吸附压力增加,部分解吸公式相关系数也随之上升,且不同公式的扩散系数具有明显增减变化趋势;随着解吸时间推移,部分解吸公式相关系数下降。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the accuracy of commonly used desorption formulas in describing the gas desorption law of mixed particle coal samples, based on the adsorption and desorption experiments of mixed particle coal and gas under different adsorption pressures, Matlab software was used to fit the correlation coefficient and diffusion coefficient of each desorption formula in different adsorption pressures and time periods, and the fitting results were discussed and analyzed. The results show that the gas desorption amount and initial desorption velocity of mixed particle coal samples increase with the increase of adsorption pressure. The desorption law is suitable for Qin Yueping type, Winter type and Sun Chongxu type, but weak for Bolt type and Barrer type. When the adsorption pressure increases, the correlation coefficient of partial desorption formula also increases, and the diffusion coefficient of different formulas has a significant change trend. As the desorption time goes on, the correlation coefficient of partial desorption formula decreases.
