Abstract:
In order to solve the water control problem of 1 000 m-level blind vertical shaft in southwest China mining area, based on the design and research work of the segmented pre-grouting technology, design and governance of pre-grouting was introduced to Hexi shaft in Maoping Mine. Red clay cement grout with wide source and good water blocking performance was selected, and ground pulping and underground grouting was separated, which were combined and used to pre-grouting for the water-rich dolomite formation around the blind shaft with a diameter of 5.5 m. After the implementation of pre-grouting, by analyzing the grouting superposition effect and the cumulative frequency of unit grouting volume, it was verified that the pre-grouting has good water blocking effect, and the residual water flow of the grouting section measured by the pressure water test was 4.62 m3/h(≤10 m3/h), which met the requirements of the construction standards, solved the water hazard problem of the 1000 m level blind shaft of Maoping Mine.
