西南矿区千米级盲竖井分段预注浆堵水技术

    Segmented Pre-grouting Technology for 1 000 m-level Blind Shaft Water Blocking in Southwestern Mining Area

    • 摘要: 为了解决我国西南矿区千米级盲竖井治水难题,基于分段预注浆技术的设计与研究工作,对毛坪矿河西竖井井筒进行预注浆设计与治理工作。选用来源广、堵水性能良好的红黏土水泥浆液,采用地面制浆、井下注浆相分离的方式,对直径5.5 m的盲竖井周边富水白云岩地层进行了预注浆治理。预注浆实施完成后,通过分析注浆叠加效应及单位注浆量累计频率,验证了预注浆效果良好,且压水试验测得井筒注浆段剩余涌水量为4.62 m3/h(≤10 m3/h),满足施工标准要求,解决了毛坪矿千米级盲竖井的水害难题。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the water control problem of 1 000 m-level blind vertical shaft in southwest China mining area, based on the design and research work of the segmented pre-grouting technology, design and governance of pre-grouting was introduced to Hexi shaft in Maoping Mine. Red clay cement grout with wide source and good water blocking performance was selected, and ground pulping and underground grouting was separated, which were combined and used to pre-grouting for the water-rich dolomite formation around the blind shaft with a diameter of 5.5 m. After the implementation of pre-grouting, by analyzing the grouting superposition effect and the cumulative frequency of unit grouting volume, it was verified that the pre-grouting has good water blocking effect, and the residual water flow of the grouting section measured by the pressure water test was 4.62 m3/h(≤10 m3/h), which met the requirements of the construction standards, solved the water hazard problem of the 1000 m level blind shaft of Maoping Mine.
