矿用救生舱抗爆强度影响因素与质量增加关系

    Relationship Between Factors Affecting Anti-explosion Strength and Weight Increase of Mine Refuge Chamber

    • 摘要: 针对目前救生舱抗爆影响因素与质量增加的定量关系不明确等问题,基于实际某型号舱体,采用有限元计算方法研究了结构形式改变、外蒙皮加厚、加强筋加厚、法兰加厚因素下不同截面救生舱抗爆性能的提升情况;并对不同因素下舱体质量增加值进行了计算,分析了抗爆强度提升与重量增加的定量关系。结果表明:增加同等质量时,改变加强筋厚度对舱体抗爆性能影响最明显,效果较蒙皮加厚高5.3倍,较法兰加厚高2.7倍,加厚加强筋是提升舱体抗爆性能最经济、合理的方法。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem that the quantitative relationship between the impact factors of the anti-explosion and the weight of the refuge chamber is not clear, this paper adopts the finite element method based on an actual chamber to study the factors of outer skin thickening, stiffener thickening and flange thickening. The improvement of anti-explosion performance of refuge chamber with different cross-sections, and the calculation of the weight increase value of the chamber under different factors were calculated. The quantitative relationship between the anti-explosion strength improvement and the weight increase was analyzed. The results show that when the same weight is increased, changing the thickness of the stiffener has the most apparent effect on the anti-explosion performance of the chamber. It is 5.3 times higher than the skin thickening and 2.7 times higher than the flange thickening, which is the most economical and reasonable method for improving explosive performance.
