煤矿主提升机尾绳与分绳梁摩擦安全监测系统

    Friction Safe Monitoring System for Tail Rope and Branch Rope Beam of Main Hoist in Coal Mines

    • 摘要: 针对立井摩擦式提升机平衡尾绳与分绳梁之间的过度摩擦,造成尾绳磨损严重,影响主提升机安全运行的问题。设计了一种立井主提升机平衡尾绳与分绳梁之间摩擦监测系统,摩擦监测系统主要由上位机、电感式接近开关和主动红外对射传感器等多种设备组成。采用双层监测的理念,提高了摩擦监测系统的识别可靠性。上位机通过监测的信号的变化进行声光报警以及控制提升机电控系统的运行,现场测试的结果表明系统提高了提升机安全运行的可靠性,达到了实际使用要求。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the excessive friction between the balance tail rope and the branch rope beam of the vertical shaft friction hoist causes serious tail rope wear and affects the safe operation of the main hoist, a friction monitoring system between the balance tail rope and the branch rope beam of the main hoist is designed. The friction monitoring system mainly consists of a host computer, an inductive proximity switch, an active infrared radiation sensor and other equipment. The recognition reliability of the friction monitoring system is improved by adopting the concept of double-layer monitoring. The host computer performs audible and visual alarms and controls the operation of the lifting electric control system by monitoring the change of the signal. The results of field tests show that this system improves the reliability of the safe operation of the hoist and meets the actual requirements.
