煤矿井下定向钻进冲洗液闭式循环技术及应用

    Technology and Application of Flushing Fluid Closed-Cycle for Directional Drilling in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下随钻测量定向钻进冲洗液开式循环固有局限性,提出以机械方式固液分离进行冲洗液净化处理的闭式循环技术方案,综合煤矿井下施工环境条件、冲洗液固相物性特点及定向钻进循环要求,开发了煤矿井下冲洗液闭式循环技术,研制了额定处理能力200 L/min矿用两级机械式冲洗液闭式循环装置,设计了配套工艺流程。现场试验结果表明:两级机械式冲洗液闭式循环装置能够对煤矿井下钻进过程中返出的气-液-固多相流体进行有效分离,处理后的冲洗液残余固相含量低于0.15%、固相颗粒中值粒径小于10 μm,满足孔底螺杆马达正常工作和冲洗液循环利用要求。闭式循环技术装置丰富了煤矿井下定向钻进冲洗液循环方式、有利于大幅减少定向钻进污水量。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the inherent limitations of directional drilling flushing fluid open circulation in borehole measurement while drilling, a scheme of closed circulation technology for washing liquid purification by mechanical solid-liquid separation is proposed. Based on the environmental conditions of underground coal mine construction, the characteristics of solid phase and physical properties of flushing fluid and the requirements of directional drilling cycle, the technology of closed circulation of flushing fluid in underground coal mine was developed, and the two-stage mechanical flushing fluid closed circulation device for mine with rated treatment capacity of 200 L/min was developed, and the corresponding technological process was designed. The field test results show that the two-stage mechanical closed-cycle device for flushing fluid can effectively separate the multiphase fluid of gas-liquid-solid returned from the borehole underground coal mine. The solid content of the flushing fluid after treatment is less than 0.15%, and the particle middle-size of the solid content is less than 10 μm, which meets the normal working requirement of the screw motor at the bottom of the borehole. The mechanical closed-cycle technology and device is of great significance for innovating the circulating mode of flushing fluid in directional drilling and reducing the amount of sewage.
