王坡煤矿破碎煤体中大直径钻孔施工工艺改进与应用

    Construction Technology Improvement and Application of Large Diameter Drilling in Broken Coal of Wangpo Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 大直径钻孔(?准 550 mm)贯通煤柱代替联络巷可有效治理上隅角瓦斯,降低巷道工程量和瓦斯治理成本,提高施工效率和通风系统稳定性,避免了回采期间顶板来压破坏联络巷密闭墙或墙体附近底鼓等问题;但当工作面瓦斯涌出量大、节理裂隙发育、煤体破碎区域施工时,钻孔易塌孔、成孔困难、钻孔走向无法控制、施工效率低。基于理论分析和现场试验研究,改进原施工工艺,提出导向钻杆牵引控制走向-顶推安装护孔管大直径钻机及其配套施工工艺,即由导向钻杆控制钻孔走向,钻进与安装护孔管同步进行,钻孔一次成型。施工工艺改进后控制了钻孔走向,克服了破碎煤体中钻孔贯通后安装护孔管时因塌孔护孔管无法推入的难题。

       

      Abstract: Large-diameter boreholes(?准550 mm)are used to run through coal pillars to replace the connection roadway, the method can effectively control the upper corner gas, reduce the amount of roadway engineering and the cost of gas treatment, improve the construction efficiency and the stability of the ventilation system, and avoid the closed wall damage and floor heave near the wall of the connection roadway caused by the roof pressure during mining. Meanwhile, when the working face has a large amount of gas emission, joint cracks are developed, and the coal body is broken, the problems such as the boreholes are easy to collapse, the formation of holes is difficult, the drilling direction of boreholes cannot be controlled, the construction efficiency is low, can not be solved with the method. Based on the theoretical analysis and field test research, the original construction process is improved, and the large diameter drilling rig and its supporting construction technology is proposed through the directional control of the drilling pipe traction-hole protection pipe of push installation, i.e. the guide drilling pipes control the drilling direction, the drilling is performed synchronously with the installation of the protection pipes, and the boreholes form at one time. The improving construction process controls the drilling direction and overcomes the inability to push in the hole protection pipe when the hole protection pipe is installed after the hole is drilled in the broken coal.
