摘要: 设计了一种基于Wave Mesh的无线测量系统。系统采用26 GHz高频雷达式物位传感器采集煤位数据,雷达传感器将微波信号通过自身的电子线路部分自动转换成煤位信号,并将输出的煤位信号送入STM32F104单片机微处理器进行转换、存储,通过Wave Mesh无线自组网技术实现测量装置与上位机的远距离无线传输。系统的应用情况表明:设计的煤仓煤位测量系统能够方便工作人员实时监测煤位的变化,及时调节输煤机的开关,控制煤位在一个正常的范围内,确保矿井工作的安全正常运行。Abstract: This paper designs a wireless measurement system based on Wave Mesh. The system uses a 26 GHz high-frequency radar-type level sensor to collect coal level data. The radar sensor automatically converts the microwave signal into a coal level signal through its own electronic circuit part, and sends the output coal level signal to the STM32F104 single-chip microprocessor for conversion and storage. The Wave Mesh wireless ad hoc network technology is used to achieve long-distance wireless transmission between the ground measurement device and the upper computer. The system application shows that the coal level measurement system can facilitate the staff to monitor the changes of the coal level in real time, adjust the switch of the coal conveyor in time, control the coal level in a normal range, and ensure the safe and normal operation of the mine.
