Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems of the main fan in Zhaogu No.1 mine, such as the long operation time of the fan reversing, the equipment fault information is not found in time, and the electrical protection settings are not reasonable. The paper puts forward the automation, information and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the main fan, and formulates the automatic online monitoring, system early warning alarm, reasonable electrical protection settings and other solutions.
