矿井防突信息预测装备体系与应用效果

    Mine Outburst Prevention Information Prediction Equipment System and Its Application Effect

    • 摘要: 针对现阶段防突预测工艺难以实现煤与瓦斯突出危险的超前预测与灾害及时发布的技术现状,通过对区域、局部2个“四位一体”综合防突措施深度分析,从预测工艺、采样方式、防突信息管理等多环节入手,综合分析构建形成了矿井防突信息预测装备体系。同时,结合C/S、B/S双架构模式,设计开发了一套适用于高瓦斯突出矿井的矿井防突信息管控系统平台。通过阳煤集团某矿的应用结果显示:该技术体系较大程度的节省了突出预测时间,提高了防突预测结果的准确性与审批效率,解决了传统预测工艺难以实现突出灾害超前预测与及时发布的技术难题,实现了对矿井防突全过程的集中化、信息化管控,促进了防突工作的安全高效管理。

       

      Abstract: In view of the current outburst prevention and prediction technology, it is difficult to realize the advance prediction of coal and gas outburst risk and timely release of disasters. Based on the deep analysis of the regional and local “four in one” comprehensive outburst prevention measures, this paper constructs the mine outburst prevention information prediction equipment system from the aspects of prediction technology, sampling method, outburst prevention information management, etc. At the same time, combined with the dual architecture mode of C/S and B/S, a set of mine outburst information management and control system platform is designed and developed for high gas outburst mine. The application results of a mine in Yangmei Group show that the technology system can save outburst prediction time to a large extent, improve the accuracy and approval efficiency of outburst prediction results, and solve the technical problems that the traditional prediction technology is difficult to achieve the prediction and timely release of outburst disasters. The technology system realizes the centralized and information-based management and control of the whole process of mine outburst prevention, and promotes the safe and efficient management of outburst prevention.
