Abstract:
In order to develop a green grouting material, portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement and loess, fly ash and zeolite powder were used as the substrate. By optimizing the particle size distribution and adding appropriate amount of admixture, a new type of double liquid cement - loess fly ash - base(PS-CF) grouting material was prepared. The main properties of PS-CF materials, such as pumpability, viscosity, stability, initial setting time and mechanical properties were studied in the laboratory. The mechanics properties of portland cement P42.5 and PS-CF were compared and analyzed. XRD and SEM/EDS tests were used for phase analysis and microstructure observation, industrial trials are carried out at Duizhen Coal Mine. The results show that the material has good fluidity, slight expansion, early strength and fast hardening, and the 3 d strength can reach the final strength of 52%. Its early strength is obviously better than portland cement. PS-CF effectively improves the integrity of broken coal and rock.
