煤矿井下超深孔定向钻进扭摆减阻技术

    Torsional Pendulum Drag Reduction Technology for Directional Drilling of Ultra Deep Hole in Underground Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿井下超深孔定向钻进存在的钻具托压造成的定向钻进效率低、孔深受限等问题,借鉴石油钻井中的扭摆钻进技术,分析了扭摆钻进工艺原理及对煤矿井下定向钻进的适应性及操作可行性,描述了其具体操作流程,并在保德矿五盘区进行了现场试验。试验结果表明:扭摆钻进减阻技术适用于煤矿井下超深孔定向钻进,适用范围为超深孔定向钻进2 000~3 000 m之间,实钻过程中减阻效果明显,孔底工具面变化幅度较小,主要受螺杆马达反扭矩影响。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as low efficiency and depth limit of directional drilling caused by the support pressure of drilling tools in the directional drilling of ultra-deep hole in underground coal mine, learning from the twist drilling technology in oil drilling, this paper analyzes the technological principle, the adaptability and operation feasibility of directional drilling in underground coal mine, describes its specific operation flow, and carries out field test in 5th area of Baode Coal Mine. The test results show that the resistance reduction technology of torsional pendulum drilling is applicable to directional ultra-deep hole drilling in underground coal mine, and the applicable range is 2 000 m to 3 000 m for directional ultra-deep hole drilling. The drag reduction effect is obvious in the process of solid drilling, and the change range of tool surface at hole bottom is small, which is mainly affected by the reverse torque of screw motor.
