基于一组多孔大区域注水技术的工作面粉尘综合治理

    Comprehensive Dust Management of Working Face Based on a Group of Porous Large Area Water Injection Technology

    • 摘要: 针对81308综放工作面回采作业过程中粉尘浓度大的难题,基于润湿煤体减尘和喷雾降尘的原理,利用“静压+一组多孔”大区域注水方式,加装采煤机高压外喷雾降尘系统,并设计了全断面伸缩式捕尘网,最终实现了加大注水区域、延长注水时间、扩大有效降尘半径和提高捕尘效果的目的,建立了1套综放工作面综合降尘技术及工艺,实现了综放工作面低尘化生产。结果表明:81308综放工作面注水后含水率平均增加了5.74%;采取综合防尘技术措施后,总粉尘平均降尘率达64.29%,呼吸性粉尘平均降尘率达54.90%。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of large dust concentration during the mining operation of the 81308 fully mechanized caving face, based on the principles of wet coal dust reduction and spray dust reduction, utilizing “static pressure + a group of porous” large-area water injection method, the installation of a high-pressure external spray dust-reduction system for a shearer, and a full-section telescopic dust-trapping net is designed. The purpose of increasing the water injection area, extending the water injection time, expanding the effective dust reduction radius, and improving the dust catching effect have been achieved. A set of comprehensive dust-reduction technology and technology for fully mechanized caving face was established to achieve low dust production in fully mechanized caving face. The results show that the water content of 81308 fully mechanized caving face increases by 5.74% on average; after adopting comprehensive dust control measures, the average dust removal rate of total dust and respirable dust reached 64.29% and 54.90% respectively.
