煤矿员工不安全行为预防管理方法研究

    Study on Management Methods of Preventing Unsafe Behaviors of Coal Mine Employees

    • 摘要: 煤矿员工不安全行为是导致煤矿事故发生的重要原因之一。为提高煤矿安全生产效率,预防矿工不安全行为的发生,采用专家小组法、工人访谈等形式,利用层次分析法对应变能力、饮酒情况、家庭负担等9个不安全行为影响因素进行权重分析。研究表明:应变能力对矿工不安全行为具有重要影响作用,高权重不安全行为影响因素应该对安全管理者的管理方法形成导向作用,据此,建立以员工-班组长-上级部门-安监处多层级安全管控模式,对影响不安全行为具有较大影响的因素进行重点预防控制。通过兴隆庄煤矿的应用实践表明,该不安全行为预防管理方法能够做到有的放矢,准确管控,有效地提高了企业安全生产管理的效率。

       

      Abstract: Unsafe behavior of coal mine employees is one of the important causes of coal mine accidents. In order to improve the efficiency of coal mine safety production and prevent the occurrence of unsafe behaviors of coal miners, the methods of expert group and worker interview were used to analyze the influence factors of nine unsafe behaviors, such as adaptability, drinking and family burden. The research shows that the ability of emergency has an important influence on the unsafe behaviors of miners, and the influencing factors of high power and heavy unsafe behaviors should form a guiding role in the management methods of safety managers. Based on this, a multi-level safety management and control model of employees, team leaders, superior departments and safety supervision office should be established to focus on the prevention and control of the factors that have a greater impact on unsafe behaviors. Through the application practice of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, it shows that this method can achieve targeted, accurate control, and effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise safety production management.
