Abstract:
Unsafe behavior of coal mine employees is one of the important causes of coal mine accidents. In order to improve the efficiency of coal mine safety production and prevent the occurrence of unsafe behaviors of coal miners, the methods of expert group and worker interview were used to analyze the influence factors of nine unsafe behaviors, such as adaptability, drinking and family burden. The research shows that the ability of emergency has an important influence on the unsafe behaviors of miners, and the influencing factors of high power and heavy unsafe behaviors should form a guiding role in the management methods of safety managers. Based on this, a multi-level safety management and control model of employees, team leaders, superior departments and safety supervision office should be established to focus on the prevention and control of the factors that have a greater impact on unsafe behaviors. Through the application practice of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine, it shows that this method can achieve targeted, accurate control, and effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise safety production management.
