新型水力压裂钻孔密封材料的试验研究

    Experimental Study of New Sealing Material for Hydraulic Fracturing Drilling

    • 摘要: 针对当前各种密封材料无法满足水力压裂钻孔密封抗高压要求的现状,研发了适用于水力压裂技术的抗高压密封材料。通过与膨胀水泥和聚氨酯进行性能对比,该种改性树脂膨胀均匀,解决了膨胀水泥因弱面而无法有效对水平压裂钻孔进行密封的问题,并且材料固化后的强度显著高于聚氨酯,能够满足抗高压的要求。

       

      Abstract: According to the status that the current sealing materials can not meet the requirement of high-pressure sealing for hydraulic fracturing drilling,it developed the high pressure sealing material that is suitable for hydraulic fracturing technology.Through the contrast with performances of expansion cement and polyurethane,this modified resin solves the problem that expansion cement can not seal the level hydraulic fracturing drilling depends on expanding equably.In addition,the compressive strength of the modified resin is higher than polyurethane significantly,so it could meet the requirement of resisting high-pressure.
