Abstract: This paper introduces the system architecture of explosion-proof heavy-duty electric driven shovel truck, and discusses the key technologies of safety performance of explosion-proof heavy-duty electric driven shovel truck in safety braking, automatic fire extinguishing, personnel collision prevention and leakage protection in detail. The above technologies are used in the design of a heavy-duty electric driven shovel truck, which can realize the safe and reliable operation of the vehicle through the actual industrial verification.
