基于单一测点瓦斯异常预报警方法的探讨

摘要: 通过对当前矿井安全监控系统运行状况的分析,对井下瓦斯采集数据进行深层次挖掘,并进行二次开发和利用,最终达到对瓦斯浓度异常增幅过程实时监控和提前预警的目的。提出了一种将巡检浓度值与巡检时间结合起来的基于单一测点瓦斯异常预报警的方法,并在数理统计学的基础上提出了采用均值置信区间估计的方法来动态设定瓦斯异常预报警模型报警上限值的方法,结合矿井实际进行了相应的验证。Abstract: By the analysis of running status of current mine safety monitoring system, underground gas gathering data was deep-level studied, secondary developed and utilized to realize real time monitoring of gas concentration abnormal increase process and early warning. This paper presented gas abnormal warning method based on single measurement point, which combined inspection concentration value and the inspection time. Based on mathematical statistics, the paper put forward the method of using mean confidence interval estimation method to dynamically set alarm limit value of gas abnormal warning model, which was verified by combing the actual situation of mine.
