Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of gas emission in roadway driving of crushed soft coal seam in the Sangshuping No.2 Coal Mine, the key technologies of comb type directional long drilling are studied such as the hole arrangement way, branch hole spacing, construction process, track control, branch measurement drilling and original hole reentry, and a set of key technologies of forward comb type directional drilling techniques suitable for drilling cover excavation of pre-driving roadways are formed. The field application shows that the technologies can effectively solve the problems of low pore formation rate, low trajectory control accuracy and high construction accident rate, and provide the reliable channel for the successful implementation of hydraulic fracturing technology.
