Abstract:
The current situation and development trends in our country and abroad are analyzed about the inspection technology for coal mine robot. According to the specific situation of coal mine robot, it is suggested that the inspection technology of combined explosion-proof safety should be further studied. In addition, the inspection and evaluation technology for the rationality and environmental adaptability of the robot’s climbing, obstacle crossing, explosion-proof structure design should be introduced based on the simulation analysis. It is urgent to build the underground emergency rescue environment laboratory and carry out experiments and analysis on the environmental adaptability of coal mine robots. Meanwhile, it is necessary to verify the charging safety of coal mine robot power supply through a large number of experiments and speed up the establishment of inspection standard or specification for coal mine robots, thus the more effective management and control is achieved for the performance, index, working and storage conditions of coal mine robots.
