低煤阶煤样解吸曲线数学模型及解吸气量测试新方法

    Mathematical Model of Desorption Curve and Desorption Gas Content Test Method for Low-rank Coal Samples

    • 摘要: 为了定量评价煤样的解吸速率,减少煤样解吸气量测试时长,基于吉尔嘎郎图凹陷煤样解吸实验数据,建立了解吸速率与解吸时间之间的定量关系,进而得到了解吸时间与累积解吸气量的定量关系,并据此提供了新的解吸气量测试方法。结果表明:煤样解吸速率随解吸时间增加而降低,初始解吸速率越大、解吸速率指数越小,煤样解吸速率越大;煤样不同时刻累计解吸气量可以用公式定量表征。

       

      Abstract: The gas content and desorption rate of coal reservoir have important influence on the high and stable production of CBM well. In order to quantitatively evaluate the desorption rate of coal samples, and to reduce the test time of desorption gas content, this paper builds a quantitative relationship between absorption rate and desorption time based on desorption experiment data of coal samples from Jiergalangtu Sag of Erlian Basin. And the quantitative relationship between desorption time and cumulative desorption gas content is established, based on this, a new desorption gas testing methods is proposed also. The results show that the desorption rate of coal sample decreases with the increase of desorption time. The larger the initial desorption rate value, the smaller the desorption rate, the larger the desorption rate of coal formation. The desorption curve of coal sample can be quantitatively characterized by formula.
