Abstract:
The azimuth measurement of mine magnetoresistive inclinometer is often inaccurate after interference with ferromagnetic materials, aiming at the problem, this paper proposes a secondary correction method of calculating the azimuth correction coefficient by using the look-up table method and two linear interpolation methods. Firstly, the full-space error correction table model is established, and the error correction table is read and stored as a DataTable by using the OLE-DB application interface. Then, according to the actual measured inclination, azimuth and tool orientation angle, the DataTable is quickly searched based on the LINQ technique and the orientation angle and azimuth errors of standard tools are recorded in the corresponding interval. The azimuth correction coefficient is calculated by using two linear interpolation methods. The results show that the method can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of azimuth.
