Automatic Measurement Device of Gas Desorption Data in Laboratory

摘要: 针对排水直接观测体积的方法在实验室测定瓦斯解吸量过程中,存在人员参与环节多、人员读数误差大、测定流程复杂等问题,提出了排水称重测定瓦斯解吸量的方法,该方法可通过质量、密度和体积三者之间的关系,将瓦斯解吸过程中排出水的质量换算为瓦斯解吸体积。采用基于PC电脑机的LabVIEW上位机和PLC技术将基于上述方法的实验室瓦斯解吸测定流程进行了自动化设计,开发了包含工控系统、解吸系统和数据处理系统的自动计量装置,实现了测定过程中排水质量、解吸环境温度和压力等数据的实时自动采集,完全避免了人工读数可能产生的误差,减少了人员参与程度。应用结果表明,该自动计量方法有助于提高瓦斯解吸量测定结果的准确性,误差可降低10%以上。Abstract: The method of direct volume measurement via drainage is often applied in the process of measuring gas desorption in laboratory, but there are many problems such as too many people involved, large error in reading and complicated measurement process. The method of measuring gas desorption by drainage weighing is put forward, it can convert the mass of water discharged in the process of gas desorption into gas desorption volume through the relationship of mass, density and volume. The automatic design of the process of gas desorption measurement in laboratory is carried out based on LabVIEW on PC and PLC technology. The automatic measurement device is developed, it contains the industrial control system, desorption system and data processing system, which can automatically collect the real-time data of drainage mass, desorption environment temperature and pressure in the process of measurement, and completely avoid the possible error of manual reading as well as reduce the degree of personnel participation. The results show that the automatic measurement method is helpful to improve the accuracy of gas desorption measurement, and the error can be reduced by more than 10%.
