发泡水泥固化充填材料的研究及应用

    Study and Application of Foamed Cement Solidified Filling Materials

    • 摘要: 针对矿井内因漏风而引起的矿井煤自燃事故,进行了用于矿井充填堵漏以水泥为基料,发泡剂、石膏、聚丙烯纤维为添加剂的发泡水泥固化充填材料的研究。通过单因素试验法,确定了影响发泡水泥固化充填材料抗压强度与膨胀倍率的主要组分的优化配比为水灰比0.5、发泡剂掺量1%、石膏掺量6%、聚丙烯纤维0.4%。以崔木矿为试验背景,通过设计合理有效的充填技术方案,对22306工作面下部21303风巷进行充填。结果表明:发泡水泥固化材料有效增强了该风巷的密闭性以及巷道支撑力。

       

      Abstract: In view of the coal spontaneous combustion accident caused by air leakage in the mine, this paper studied the foaming cement solidified filling material used for mine filling and plugging with cement as the base material, foaming agent, gypsum and polypropylene fiber as additives. Through the single factor test method, the optimized ratio of the main components affecting the compressive strength and expansion ratio of the foamed cement solidified filling material was determined as the water-cement ratio 0.5, the foaming agent content 1%, and the gypsum content 6%, polypropylene fiber 0.4%. Taking Cuimu Mine as the experimental background, through the design of reasonable and effective filling technology scheme, the 21303 wind tunnel in the lower part of 22306 working face of Cuimu Mine was filled. The test results show that the foamed cement solidified material effectively enhances the airtightness of the wind tunnel and the roadway.
