防噪耳塞对矿工安全行为能力的影响实验研究

    Experimental Research on Influence of Noise-proof Earplugs on Miners’Safety Behavior

    • 摘要: 为探究防噪耳塞对矿工安全行为能力的影响,通过模拟井下噪声环境,使用Mind Ware Bio Lab生理指标测试仪和多项反应时测定仪采集15名被试裸耳与佩戴耳塞时的生理和行为数据。利用SPSS22.0软件对实验数据进行配对样本T检验和线性回归分析,并计算被试在佩戴耳塞时的个体行为能力指数。结果表明:佩戴耳塞与裸耳时的数据有显著差异性,有11名被试(共15名)佩戴耳塞的个体行为能力指数小于0;认为防噪耳塞会对矿工的生理有一定的防护效果,能够提高人员的安全行为能力,但会降低人员对声音的反应能力。

       

      Abstract: To explore the influence of noise-proof earplugs on the safety behavior of miners, through simulating the downhole noise environment,15 experimental subjects with bare ears or wearing earplugs were tested by using Mind Ware Bio Lab physiological indicator tester and multiple reaction time tester. The SPSS22.0 software was used to analyze the paired sample T test and linear regression analysis of the experimental data. Then, the individual behavior ability index of miner’s wearing earplugs was calculated. The results showed that there were significant differences in the data when wearing earplugs and bare ears. The individual behavior ability index of the 11 experimental subjects(15 in total) is less than 0. It is believed that the noise-proof earplugs have a certain protective effect on the miners, and it improves the safety behavior of the personnel, but reduces the ability of the person to respond to the sound.
