特大面积上下复合采空区立体化技术观测装置

    Three-dimensional Technical Observation Device for Super Large Area Upper and Lower Composite Goaf

    • 摘要: 针对当前传统的对特大面积采空区尤其上下复合采空区的观测方法存在的各种弊端,研发出了特大面积上下复合采空区立体化技术观测装置。该技术装置通过各组件将采空区人工采样、束管观测、压差观测并上传等各项功能集于一体,实现了对采空区井下与地面立体化观测。该技术装置在实际应用过程中不仅在神东补连塔煤矿22307上下复合采空区出现火灾迹象时及时发出了预警,而且还精准地锁定采空区火区位置,使得采空区火灾在短时间内得到遏制,确保矿井安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of the traditional observation methods for the super large area goaf, especially the upper and lower composite goaf, we developed a stereoscopic technology observation device for the super large area upper and lower composite goaf. The technical device integrates the functions of manual sampling, beam tube observation, differential pressure observation and data upload in the goaf through each component, and realizes the underground and surface stereoscopic observation of the goaf. In the practical application process, the technical device not only issued a timely warning when fire signs appeared in the 22307 upper and lower composite goaf in Shendong Bulianta Coal Mine, but also accurately locked the location of the goaf fire area, which made the goaf fire contained within a short time and ensured the safety of mine production.
