近距离下煤层安全开采矿压监测

    The Mine Pressure Monitoring of Safety Mining in Close-distance Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 针对木瓜煤矿近距离煤层采空区、遗留煤柱下回采工作面停采线确定的技术难题,基于矿山压力与岩层控制理论,采用现场监测的方法,对工作面回风巷的围岩表面位移、超前支护段支柱工作阻力及液压支架工作阻力随工作面推进的变化等进行监测,得到超前支撑压力影响范围和工作面上覆岩层矿压显现规律;并通过力学计算结合现场监测的方法确定近距离下煤层回采停采线,该成果为近距离下煤层安全开采研究具有现场指导意义。

       

      Abstract: To the specific technology problems of determining closed distance coal goaf,stopping line at stope working face under the remaining coal pillars in Mugua coal mine,based on theory of mine pressure and the key strata controlling,the field monitoring method was used to monitor the rock surface displacement of the face return airway,the work resistance of advanced support segment pillar and the changes of hydraulic support working resistance with the working face advancing.Influence scope of advance support pressure and the laws of working face overburden strata-pressure behavior were obtained.Through the mechanics calculation combining with site monitoring method,the stopping line of closed distance coal seam was determined,which had onsite guidance significance for closed distance coal seam safety mining.
