组织结构变革与矿工不安全行为意向的关系研究

    Research on Relationship Between Organizational Structure Reform and Miners’ Unsafe Behavioral Intention

    • 摘要: 煤矿企业并购、重组等组织结构变革是近年来我国煤炭行业发展的趋势之一。为探究煤矿企业组织结构变革对矿工不安全行为意向的影响,引入矿工工作不安全感作为中介变量,对山西潞安集团潞宁煤业公司156名矿工进行问卷调查。运用Amos 24.0软件,建立结构方程模型(SEM),探讨组织扩张、组织合并、组织重组及组织裁员4个维度通过工作不安全感对矿工不安全行为意向的影响。组织结构变革与矿工工作不安全感呈显著正向关系;工作不安全感与不安全行为意向正相关;工作不安全感是组织结构变革与矿工不安全行为意向的中介变量。

       

      Abstract: The organizational structure reform of coal mining enterprises is one of the development trends of China’s coal industry in recent years. In order to explore the impact of the organizational structure reform of coal mining enterprises on the unsafe behavior intention of miners, the work insecurity of miner was introduced as a mediator variable, and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 156 miners of Shanxi Lu’an Group Luning Coal Industry Co., Ltd. Using Amos 24.0 software, a structural equation model (SEM) was established to explore the effects of organizational expansion, organizational mergers, organizational restructuring, and organizational layoffs on the unsafe behavior of miners through job insecurity. The research shows that the organizational structure reform has a significant positive relationship with the insecurities of miners’ work; the work insecurity is positively related to the unsafe behavior intention; the work insecurity is the mediator of organizational structure change and miners’ unsafe behavior intention.
