煤层气钻机回转系统分析及参数优化

    Analysis of Rotary System and Parameter Optimization of Coalbed Methane Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 对煤层气及救援车载钻机回转液压系统进行研究,分析了阀后补偿回转系统参数匹配与动力头输出转速特性,基于AMESim专业仿真软件,建立了阀后补偿回转液压系统模型;通过理论分析,得出回转液压系统阀后补偿负载敏感阀LS泄压阻尼孔参数匹配对液压系统负载适应性有较大影响;结合动态仿真,得出阻尼孔参数对系统负载适应性及响应的关系。并在ZMK5530TZJ100F车载钻机回转系统进行试验,通过试验验证了仿真分析的正确性。研究结果表明,通过阻尼孔参数匹配,解决了回转系统负载适应性问题,提高了系统响应及控制精度。

       

      Abstract: The rotary hydraulic system of coalbed methane and rescue truck-mounted drilling rig is studied. The parameters matching of the valve back compensation rotary system and the output speed characteristics of the power head are analyzed. Based on the professional simulation software AMESim, the model of the valve back compensation rotary hydraulic system is established. Through theoretical analysis, it is concluded that the matching of LS pressure relief damper hole parameters of the load-sensing valve after the valve back compensation of rotary hydraulic system has a great influence on the load adaptability of the hydraulic system. Combining with dynamic simulation, the relationship between the parameters of damper holes and the load adaptability and response of the system is obtained. The test of the rotary system of ZMK5530TZJ100F truck-mounted drilling rig is carried out, and the correctness of the simulation analysis is verified by the test. The results show that the load adaptability of the rotary system is solved by matching the parameters of the damper holes, and the response and control accuracy of the system are improved.
