Automatic Switchover Without Off-blast Monitoring System of Mine Main Ventilator

摘要: 介绍了一种上位机组态软件采用组态王6.53、下位机采用西门子S7-300系列PLC的矿井主通风机不停风自动倒机监控系统,分析了系统的组成结构、硬件和软件设计,着重探讨了主通风机一键倒机的过程,相对传统的倒机方式,实现了瓦斯未超限及风量的平稳过渡。

Abstract: The automatic switchover without off-blast monitoring system of mine main ventilator which took KingView 6.53 software as upper computer and Siemens PLC of S7-300 series as lower computer was presented.The structure of the system,hardware and software design were analyzed,the paper focused on the switchover process of main ventilator with one click.Compared with the traditional way,it accomplished non-transfinite of gas and smooth transition of air volume.
