Abstract:
To explore the relationship between sensitive leadership and unsafe behavior of miners with different educational levels, the group safety climate was introduced as an intermediary variable. Based on 292 valid questionnaires from coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province, a multi-group structural equation model was constructed to analyze the influence mechanism of different dimensions of perceived leadership (visibility, relationship, job involvement and management initiative) on the unsafe behavior of miners. The results show that all dimensions of sensitive leadership negatively affect the unsafe behavior of miners, and have a greater impact on low-educated miners than high-educated miners; group safety climate negatively affects the unsafe behavior of miners. Respectively, group safety climate plays a mediating role in the relationship between sensitive leadership and group unsafe behavior of miners.
