有感领导对不同文化程度的矿工群体不安全行为影响研究

    Influence of Sensitive Leadership on Unsafe Behavior of Miners with Different Educational Levels

    • 摘要: 为了探究有感领导对不同文化程度矿工群体不安全行为的影响关系,引入群体安全氛围作为中介变量,利用山西省煤矿企业292份有效问卷数据,构建多群组结构方程模型,分析有感领导不同维度(能见度、关系、工作组织的投入及管理主动性)分别对矿工群体不安全行为的影响机制。结果表明:有感领导各维度均负向影响矿工群体不安全行为,并且对低文化矿工群体的影响程度大于高文化矿工群体;群体安全氛围负向影响矿工群体不安全行为;群体安全氛围在有感领导与矿工群体不安全行为的影响关系中起中介作用。

       

      Abstract: To explore the relationship between sensitive leadership and unsafe behavior of miners with different educational levels, the group safety climate was introduced as an intermediary variable. Based on 292 valid questionnaires from coal mining enterprises in Shanxi Province, a multi-group structural equation model was constructed to analyze the influence mechanism of different dimensions of perceived leadership (visibility, relationship, job involvement and management initiative) on the unsafe behavior of miners. The results show that all dimensions of sensitive leadership negatively affect the unsafe behavior of miners, and have a greater impact on low-educated miners than high-educated miners; group safety climate negatively affects the unsafe behavior of miners. Respectively, group safety climate plays a mediating role in the relationship between sensitive leadership and group unsafe behavior of miners.
